I am Dr. James Park, a licensed psychologist (PsyD) specializing in anxiety and mood disorders. With over 12 years of clinical experience in the Phoenix area, I use an integrative approach that draws on CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. My goal is to help you understand what drives your anxiety or depression — and to equip you with the tools to reclaim your life.
